What is the best thing about being a youtuber?
The best thing about being a youtuber.. We'll it's the fact of even being called a youtuber! It's the craziest thing.. People message you for advice and watch and comment on your videos; actually taking the time to do all of that. Being a youtuber connects you to people that you may have never gotten the chance to even meet. You create this impact of excitement and you affect other peoples lives in different ways while there also affecting yours. I'd say it's beyond cool.
What is the worst thing about being a youtuber?
The fear of people not liking what you put out.. Your basically on this platform and your broadcasting out to an incredible large audience about your advice,opinions, & life basically & they have every right to judge and criticize so it's a huge risk but I think it's worth it
If you were to give advice to someone starting a youtube channel what would your advice be?
Ha the best advice I could give BE YOURSELF. Your on camera and putting this out. People are not stupid they will be able to tell if your fake. Forget all the other logistics of a nice camera or amazing editing. If you can strip those things away and still say your channel or videos will do well then your doing something right.
What or who inspired you to create your youtube channel?
There were a few youtubers who inspired me. To be honest it was really one of those impulse decisions. I had gone on YouTube one day and saw Bethany Mota's channel and My Life As Eva channel which is where I got a lot of my tips for my channel. Seeing Bethany Mota's story I wanted to be that and more. I never really knew about this YouTube world until I was in it. Now a few months later; I am so grateful I saw these channels and went for it.
If you could change one thing about youtube what would it be and why?
Ooh I would totally change up my editing! Haha & the fact I film on my phone. It's sad I know but it is temporary until I can get a real camera and some good editing.. I think once you get more into it.. You start to become this annoying perfectionist and you want the best videos for your subscribers.
When your not on youtube what is your favourite thing to do?
Um twitter? Is that awful? But I also love hanging out with friends, watching PLL (pretty little liars) shopping, working on my novel( the taylor stories ), dancing around my house like an idiot.. & just enjoying every moment in life.
What do you love about your subscribers?
My subs are everything. They go over and beyond; not just watching my videos but liking, sharing, commenting, tweeting, just talking to me. I don't just do videos for my own amusement anymore it's also for them. They are incredible and I honestly I just love the fact I can connect with them and they can connect with me; no matter where we are in the world or in life.
What are your future hopes and plans for your youtube channel?
I want to take this as far as I can. I always said I wanted to be the next Oprah, I wanted to have my own talk show and every day that's becoming more of a pursuit & a dream I want to turn into a reality so if my YouTube channel can take me there I'm so ready for the ride.
What is your favourite clothing store/website?
Okay I love clothes way to much. American eagle, Forever 21, H&M, TJ max, Wetseal, Abercrombie & Fitch, Aeropostale, Hot topic, PAC Sun, Victoria Secret, Target I pretty much admit I have a problem but I just love fashion.
If you had to pick one make up brand to use only which would it be?
Aw that's hard. I would say bareminerals. Just because I am awful when it comes to washing my makeup off and I know bare minerals is amazing for your skin and it's kind when I forget and just fall asleep. It also looks flawless like your not even wearing it.
